The Museum of African American History invites individuals and organizations to enjoy the facilities and resources in both Boston and Nantucket  Our spaces offer the opportunity to make an event an enriching and historical experience. We have hosted events including (but not limited to):

Our Historic Sites in Nantucket

On Nantucket, visit our campus of five historic buildings, four of which are currently being restored.  The Nantucket African Meeting House, built in the 1820s by the islandís African American community and a National Historic Landmark, is available for rentals.

This beautifully restored building includes exhibit and reception space and can accommodate 80 with pew seating.
